InnerSell wants to ensure the satisfaction of you and your customers. To
facilitate this, we have developed a rating system that benefits customers,
Vendors and Members.
Each Vendor registered in the system is rated. The rating allows Members to
choose the best Vendors for their customers. It also means that Vendors are
rewarded for delivering outstanding products and services.
How do we come up with a rating?

Vendors are rated by existing customers. This is their
baseline rating. |

After each sale has closed, the customer rates their
experience with the Vendor. |
We track customer satisfaction, based on seven satisfaction factors. They
include how well the Vendor:

Delivers on time

Delivers on budget

Delivers reliable quality products/services

Has a high level of professionalism

Does what they say they will (integrity)

Delivers service/post-sales support

Provides high value for the price paid
The InnerSell system also automatically tracks the following information:

Close ratio

Length of sales cycle

Average time it takes a Vendor to report won or lost opportunities

Average time it takes a Vendor to pay for an opportunity won
The reason — we believe that you can gauge the quality of a Vendor by looking
at how well they close on the leads you provide, how quickly they report won or
lost opportunities and how long they take to pay for the leads you provide.
